Delete your account
You can request account deletion without installing or signing into the app. This page complies with Apple App Store guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play account-deletion policy.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)
1Open SugaSuga and sign in.
2Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
3Confirm. Deletion is immediate; data purge completes within 30 days.
Option 2 — Request deletion from this page
If you cannot access the app (lost phone, account locked, uninstalled), submit the form below. We verify your ownership of the phone number on file and process deletion within 30 days.
What happens after you request
1. We verify ownership of the phone number on file (you may receive an SMS).
2. Identity verification photos are deleted immediately from our private bucket.
3. Profile, photos, messages, matches, follows, posts, stories, and notifications are erased within 30 days.
4. Financial / transaction records are retained for the period required by tax + AML law (typically 7 years), then purged.
5. We email confirmation when deletion is complete.
